Our 120-Day Check Warranty
What’s Covered
Every laptop and computer includes a 120-day check warranty on core hardware — battery performance, screen, keyboard, ports, and storage health. If a covered fault is found within 120 days of purchase, we repair or replace the affected part free of charge.
What’s Not Covered
Physical damage, liquid/water damage, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear from misuse are not covered under this warranty.
How to Claim
Message us on WhatsApp (0325-5003709) with your order details and a description of the issue. Keep your invoice/receipt handy — our team will confirm the fault and next steps within 24 hours.
Repair or Replace
If the fault is confirmed and covered, we’ll repair it at no cost. If it can’t be repaired, we’ll replace the part or the device, based on what’s fair for the issue.
